印刷扫描时要注意的问题:

一、校色,校色在于再现原稿所反映的(而非原稿本身)色彩。在操作过程中,主要掌握纠正由原稿或扫描所造成的色偏,保证主体部位的颜色准确,保证基本色准确。校色调整时要先保证屏幕效果和本单位印刷效果相适应。校色时应看重图片的具体参数值而不能仅靠屏幕显示。

二、RGB至CMYK格式的转换,出片所用的图片格式必须为CMYK格式。其分色参数设置将直接影响印刷效果。分色参数中黑版生成范围、比较大油墨量、分色模式、网点扩大等都十分的重要,需依印刷条件有所变化,应与印刷情况良好配合。

三、图片层次的调整,层次调整的目的有二:一是将网点在印刷过程中的扩大进行补偿,将主要层次集中在10%~60%的视觉敏感区,在调整过程中,也就是使原稿的阶调比较大限度地与印刷所能再现阶调相对应,以使图像清晰真实;另一方面,要根据原稿内容及层次分布情况,调整视觉上反应的高、中、低调层次。
